The role

Permanent - full time or part time

We are looking to recruit an Inprotech system administrator, to help maintain and develop our Inprotech case management system.

The successful candidate will join our friendly, supportive internal team who currently manage and maintain Inprotech and our other IT systems, working with them and the various external consultants we use.

The role will primarily involve working with our external consultants to configure and maintain case workflow rules, billing and other aspects of Inprotech. Other aspects of the role will include implementing new functionality and rolling it out to staff, and managing the upgrading of Inprotech by our external consultants.

Another important aspect of the role will be report writing using Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS), data extraction, and simple backend data updates.

There will also be opportunities to be involved in the implementation and rollout of other business IT systems used by our Attorneys and Administrators. We are looking for someone who can help our staff work more efficiently and get the most out of our systems, working with our IP Administrators and Attorneys to expand and develop the use of Inprotech and other IT functionality and tailored reports.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Inprotech and its configuration, and ideally a good working knowledge of SQL for report writing and the like, and some knowledge of Visual Basic for Office applications. However, we are also interested in hearing from candidates who have some knowledge of these and are keen to learn more and develop their skills. They will also be a good communicator able to collaborate closely with our staff and understand their needs and the needs of our clients.

The role will suit someone who has experience being part of a team that maintains an Inprotech system, and is keen to develop their skills and build a role for themselves as the person in our firm who has lead responsibility for our Inprotech system. We would also be interested to hear from candidates who already have experience of being primarily responsible for maintaining an Inprotech system.
